Cafe Insights...

We have all heard of Customer Insights. In my life as a marketing person over last 2 decades - I have done Quanti, Quali, Online, FGD's, VC and so on and so forth. 

But one of the place which is bubbling with insights driven by experiences is the our day to day discussion in cafeteria, lunch table or a full throated blast of an horrible experience - my most recent one with UBER, or a victory of using multiple offers to get something for free.

The beauty of these discussions are that - it seems that out of 5 people having lunch 3 of us will have a similar experience. Across lacs of offices I am sure lakhs of people are having similar conversations and sharing experiences which is building love or hate among a large set of customers. 

This blog is a funny take on my discussions and experiences with my colleagues, friends, family and their friends and so on and so forth..
